    Why wasn't there a Polygraph Test ? There has been a Sexual Assault of a Child. All the smptoms and mimics came out from the child. Police unable to find evidence  closed the case. San Jose court gave custody to the incest pedophile. If mother and father would of taken the polygraph test. The mother would have past and father would of failed.
