    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     panic024 watched as his coworker, Ryan Porter, exchanged wedding vows with his bride, Amanda, as TS Beryl whipped through. He said the wind picked up as the ceremony went on and the audience worried that it would start raining before it was over. 'It was like the perfect timing. They said I do, there was the kiss, and then, 'Whoo!' and we ran inside,' he said.
