    Cranberries harvest

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     speedy01's fourth image was featured as CNN's Travel Photo of the Day for October 2, 2012!
    - rachel8, CNN iReport producer

A short description of how cranberries are harvested.
First they shake the cranberries of their stems with a machine driven by a man or two, they are then surrounded by a huge rubber band and two people pull it towards the mouth of a powerful water jet that directs the cranberries towards a conveyor belt and into a truck. As simple as that!
