Eric Haider: Bizarre Disappearance in North Dakota

    Hello,

My name is Ashley Anderson. I am trying to get some national recognition for a missing persons case in North Dakota. A friend of mine, Eric Haider, disappeared around 12:30pm (CST) on Thursday, May 24th. This was no ordinary disappearance. A 30 year old man disappeared from a construction site in the middle of broad daylight with no signs of where he may be. He was last seen walking to the work trailer on his company's job site. Oddly enough, his cell phone turned off only a short time later. There is an investigation being held by the Dickinson, ND police department as well as search teams made up of friends and family. Eric is not one to just randomly disappear and to not have contact with friends and family for such a long period of time. While in Dickinson, Eric was without transportation. As a local from Lincoln, ND (approximately 90 miles from Dickinson), Haider car-pooled daily to the work site. Friends and family are completely convinced that there is some sort of foul play involved with Eric's disappearance. We have posted flyers all over the state, along with speaking with local media (newspapers and news broadcasters). We have also started a Facebook page (Eric Haider - we want you home!) to help spread the word about his disappearance. The group is already up to over 62,000 members in less than 2 weeks. We would really appreciate any assistance in getting this story get to a national level. We just want to get our friend home.

Thank you so much for your time,

    Ashley Anderson
