After 18 years of trying to find time to workout, trying to muster up the energy to lift weights, trying to force myself to go out for a jog....I discover Fitocracy.com. And within a couple weeks, I change 18 years of workout laziness, into a non-stop, workout machine. Joining was the easy part. Logging off is the hard part. It becomes addicting quick, reading through other people's workouts and posts, and propping the good things. It makes me want to workout, and to workout hard and long. I get a few props...I get a few followers....I get strangers giving me positive feedback on my workouts....and POOF, I am addicted to Fitocracy like it is a drug.
Now, with more than 100 followers, people leave notes on my profile if I haven't worked out for a few days. They're just checking on me to make sure I'm ok. Now, I feel guilty not working out. I feel guilty for not forcing time into my life to workout. I MUST WORKOUT!!!
Fitocracy is life changing, in an excellent way.
