Justin Bieber suffers concussion after Concert!

According to TMZ, the canadian singer was performing on stage when he ran backstage to get a towel. But instead of a towel he found a thick glass wall. Crew members said that he was disoriented, but he managed to return to the stage. After his concert he tumbled back into his dressing room and passed out cold, for around 15 seconds. His Doctors said he suffered a concussion but he'll be fine.

Back in 2009, he broke his leg on stage at Wembley Arena in London. After he was hospitalized he tweeted,“Just got home from a wild night. I see a lot of you are wondering what happened. Well I had a great show infront of a great crowd and in the last son “One Time”, I tripped over something on stage coming down the ramp and felt my ankle roll in a very bad way. Turns out I fractured my foot and had to finish the song on a broken foot.”

And it wasn't the first time he caused trouble this week. On monday he had a street fight with a paparazzo after he blocked Bieber's car. The photographer called the paramedics and filed a police report. On Wednesday, Bieber wanted to kick off the European promo tour behind his new album “Believe” in Oslo, Norway, with a free 6 -song concert. But when Bieber tweeted that he'd be playing at the Oslo Opera House Wednesday evening, almost 50,000 Beliebers stormed the site. According to TMZ , 50 Fans were injured… and 15 girls passed out.
