    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     PhilipD, a conservative/independent from Henderson, Nevada, shared his story as part of iReport's election project. He says in order for the economy to really succeed, manufacturing jobs need to be brought back to the U.S. 'My manufacturing job of 20 years was lost due to our factory going to China.' He explained, 'I am 55 and had a 6 figure salary. My life style has been curtailed by 80%.' These days, he works as a freelance photographer, videographer, building manager and more.
