    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Shot at Cedar Lake Dam in Southern Illinois, dieselfoot used a digital camera with a piece of welders glass attached to the front of the lens to capture this time-lapse video and image. "The weather was perfect for shooting this yesterday," he says. "I'm pleased that I was able to capture this rare moment."
