    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     As many lounged around and had picnics with a beautiful skyline for a backdrop, Netto captured this photo from the top of Marina Barrage in Singapore. "You will see that despite of growth and the stress of work, Singaporeans still have quality time for their family," he says.

    This is the typical scenario in Marina Barage every weekend afternoon as some of the family gathered here together to make quality time to each other. taking photos around, picnic and flying kites are the best activity on this part of Singapore.
