CNN PRODUCER NOTE     AlBahrani says the protests in Quebec initially started when students demonstrated against rising tuition fees. Thousands of people started participating in the demonstrations that were mainly organized by university students, according to AlBahrani. But he says the protesting has evolved past tuition hikes. Now people are protesting against austerity.
