    On May 04 of this year, my wife had a major stroke which left her with a complete right hand side body paralysis and the inability to speak. She is also on a feeding tube due to her throat not being able to handle swallowing food. My question is, What, in your professional knowledge, is the best overall treatment for stroke victims and how may i be of the best possible help for my wife's recovery?
