    You lose your, "false sense of dignity," as you get older...LOL

    It's true. The older you get, the more, "false dignity," goes by the wayside.

    When I was young, I would have wanted to seem lithe and quick, perhaps a bit athletic. Years of sadness and overeating have stripped my dignity.

    Here, I have stopped by my neighbors to tell them about a young bear I spotted in the woods an hour earlier. After a long conversation, it was time to go, BUT I COULDN'T GET OUT OF THE CHAIR, due to my weight...LOL

    At least people had a good laugh....LOL So did I. LOL

    As the hostess said at the end of the 2 minute video, as she talked on the phone to her husband, she mentioned that I was stuck in the A. F. chair, and that pretty much covers all aspects of this embarrassing situation. :)
