Why You Need To Train For Strength
Here we see a new client learning how to connect the upper and lower body to produce power and strength more effectively.
Why should you do this?
Because, as it says in the video, when you learn how to be strong and powerful in complex movements you also improve your ability to learn different physical skills more quickly, you learn how to get more out of your body and work harder, more effectively, more easily. This is all a bit abstract though, so what does it mean in terms of results?
It means you can burn more energy during your workouts. This can lead to increased weight loss and fat loss and a much better looking body.
