    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     EWillies1961 interviewed rapper, blogger and community organizer Jasiri X about the importance of the black vote this election. EWillies1961 talked to the blogger yesterday at the Netroots Nation Convention, a blogging conference for progressive, liberal voices. 'I attended the Black Caucus at Netroots and he was explaining that young urban young people are disenchanted with electoral politics and specifically with Obama,' he said. As for a solution, Jasiri X told him, '… the administration must engage leaders in the neighborhoods who learn to do the work of mobilizing the masses. Sending outsiders to register folks won’t do it.'
