    Air tanker base for High Park fire

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     ShutterbugDG says the fire is a good hour's north of where he lives, in Louisville, Colorado, but he has heard low-flying tanker planes intermittently over the city for the past few days, and smelled an 'especially powerful smell of smoke' on Tuesday.
