    Stateless Immigrants in America with no country to claim

     
    Whether 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(20) is applicable to a stateless person, former citizen of ex-USSR who were denied travel documents and citizenship from former Republics of ex-USSR and "expatriated" by the country that does not exist (USSR), thus becoming "stateless," who does not acquire another nationality and subsequently remains in the United States in limbo.

    The immigration policy of the United States that erased stateless people, leaving them in limbo with no country to claim, no place to go.
