CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Taken on June 13 from his descend to Mt. Banoi to celebrate the birthday of a fellow mountaineer, Sherbien says this trek was one of the most emotional trips he has taken. "I can see the hardship of these people to strive everyday, " he says. The image that pierces my heart is the old woman sitting at the door with the three-month-old baby. She trekked four hours back and forth from her home to the hospital for vaccination for her granddaughter. - Anika3, CNN iReport producer
