CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Discouraged and having had negative feelings towards her quality of education, kaylarhans says she feels budget cuts and program cuts are a red flag for the American school system. "The quality of education is suffering and I believe that as the President of the United States, one of the most concerning issues that I have not heard much about this election is education and its reform," she says. "There are plenty of important issues to be confronted, but education cannot fall by the wayside any longer than it already has. Our nation's future is soon going to be in the hands of these children who are struggling academically and one of the most recognizable ways to evoke change is to draw up legislation for better funding or otherwise to help with our nation's education."
