I love using fresh,aromatic herbs in my cooking...

I love cooking with my fresh,aromatic herbs.
I made "fish chupin"(fish and potato stew) last night and It was delicious !
How to make it:
Saute the chopped onions (1 1/2 cup of chopped onion),with the bell peppers (3 bell peppers or sweet peppers cut into Julienne), 1 chili pepper ,tomatoes (3 tomatoes chopped) in olive oil.When it is ready add the peas (1 cup of cooked peas); potatoes,peeled;chopped parsley;chopped ciboulette (chives); garlic;oregano and salt.
Add water.Cover the pot until the potatoes are tender.
Add the fish marinaded (lemon juice,white wine, vinegar,salt, pepper and fresh herbs) and cut into pieces.I used fresh hake fish but You can use any other type of fish You like.
Cover the pot until the fish gets cooked.
