SOS: Chinese government is killing an innocent citizen in an illegal jail
Mr. Liu Bington, a Chinese citizen beaten to disability a few years ago by the Chinese government because he petitioned the government to investigate who and how his daughter was killed, was put to jail in Beijing after he visited Chinese Ministry of Supervision on May 15 2012. He was put in jail in Beijing for 10 days, the maximum limit of detaining a citizen without formal legal process. Afterwards, he was transferred to an illegal jail under the name of a hostel. Till today, the jail stopped providing water and food to him and would not giving him back his car for the handicapped.
The Oversea Chinese Human Rights Appealing Association (OCHRAA) has been making phone calls to various government offices and officials but get no responses. As a last resort, the OCHRAA makes a third phone call to the Mayor's Hotline, which denied their accountability for this case and would not listen. Even if the OCHRAA warned of the danger of losing his life, the Mayor's Hotline remain indifferent.
