CNN PRODUCER NOTE     zdeaconblue was traveling in Ireland and Northern Ireland when he came upon an Occupy Galway site in Ireland. He had a chance to briefly speak with some of the people at the site. 'They were really focused on the EU Fiscal Pact vote that was coming up, and they were against it. The first thing that hit me was actually a feeling of connection. It really struck home how big the Occupy movement had become to see it there in Galway. A feeling of togetherness between people and the sense that we share the same problems, and we're all in this together,' he says. He was shocked to see the Occupy site removed the next morning, and seeing police instead standing where the site once stood. 'This oddly enough also gave me a feeling of connection, having seen similar things happen locally to Occupy encampments in Oakland, Los Angeles, Sacramento and on the news in New York City,' he says.
