    I LOVE YOU DAD.

    I love you dad, because in so many ways, I, am just like you .To hate you is to hate myself cause in so many ways I am just like you.

    I've got your DNA so that all that I do and say is rooted in what you do and say.

    Some say I walk like you and talk just like you, My ways are so much like you because I am just like you.

    I cannot escape the way I am, cause you are my father. I wish that some things were different and I strive to change them but I am my fathers son.

    So here am I; I am just like you.

    I am a man, I've got a job, I work hard to provide for my family because I am just like you.

    I love my wife, my children. I love Mom and my siblings because I am just like you

    I pray, I attend church often, I help others in need, I show compassion, I strive to be honest, cause I am just like you.


    I love cutting the lawn. I rake the leaves. I keep up the house maintenance. I put out the garbage, cause, I am just like you.
    I do what I saw, you did.

    Sometimes I cook, then I do the dishes, I take care of the laundry, I spend time with the kids. Dad, I'm just like you .

    Oh, I mess up sometimes, I get real angry, I hate injustice. I can't stand a liar, and don't you play with my money, cause I am just like my dad.

    I'm loosing my hair and am getting Bald, and yes the older I get, I am reminded of you. I love you dad .

    I am your son because I am just like you.

    Thank you dad; for someday I will be a great man, a grand father maybe even a great grand father and it's all because of you.
