    Artists on the Wall for Summer Solstice

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Her first time attending the annual Artist of the Wall Festival at Rogers Park in Chicago, GHung says she was impressed by the beautiful art designs. "There was a very special and happy feeling of community and creative spirit," she says. "I was glad to be there and sharing the excitement and good will of the artists in presenting their designs and messages with colorful images and words."

    After carefully examining all 155 entries in this year's Artist of the Wall paintings, the judges have rendered their verdict. Adult First Place winner, Sher Rosenberg and Alyce Waldman-Jones; Teen First Place winner, Hannah McCormick and Katie Mathewson; Junior First Place winner, Justice Taylor, Jade Taylor and Lefa Demma; Thanks to the Loyola Park Advisory Council & Rogers Park Business Alliance and plenty of volunteers for organizing a wonderful weekend event.
