    US and China settlement

    Say US is to pay china 200 billion $ then china is going to face a slowdown while taking that money due to its currency rise so china is to allow US to keep 400 billion or more in its treasury and pay the 200 billion after that and pull back the 400 billion so that the US recovers its 400+200 billion and there won't be a slowdown
