The President had to invoke executive privilege to stop the partisan investigation by republicans in the house. I beg to ask the question; who killed Officer Brian Terry? Brian Terry was murdered by a Mexican drug criminal on the border. In other words Brian terry is a victim of the Mexican drug war. What answers does the family of Brian Terry want from the government? and who in the government do they want held accountable for their son’s death? The only person accountable for Terry’s death is the criminal who shot him. Period. Would it have made any difference, if the guns had come from China or Cuba? The answer is no.
The fact is, these guns are being sold to the drug cartels on both sides by US gun manufactures, which is responsible for the death of tens of thousands of innocent mexican civilians and now border patrol agent Brian Terry. They also sell guns to criminals in the black market which is killing thousands of Americans citizens every day in our urban cities. Is anybody being held accountable for that Mr Issa?
The attorney general nor anyone in the justice department is responsibility for Brian Terry’s death. It is the criminal who shot him. People die in the line of duty every day. 4500 men and women died in Iraq war based on lies and cherry picked information, would you like to investigate anyone in the previous administration Mr. Issa? Shouldn’t someone be held accountable for their deaths also.

The partisan republican committee is not looking for answers; they are looking for an addition way of embarrassing the current administration, and another attempt to undermine the President of the United States.
