    Tropical storm Debby


    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     rodbecklund captured this video at Port Charlotte, Florida, which is approximately 100 miles south of Tampa Bay, Florida. He says Tropical Storm Debby passed through parts of Florida's west coast, and currently some sporadic rains and gusts of wind from the outer bands of the tropical storm are still impacting his area, but the weather is relatively calm.

    Port Charlotte Florida I took this video at Port Charlotte beach complex on Harbor Blvd. today at 11: 20 This video is of tropical storm Debby . The waves were 1-2 feet and winds at about 20- 25 mph. The rain was light but steady with no lightning. The water level at the boat ramp is all the way up to the parking lot with 2 more inches of rain predicted today.
