    Tropical Storm Debby Flooding Out Neighborhoods in Florida

     
    Tropical Storm Debby is Flooding out neighborhood streets all across the Florida gulf coast. Local neighborhoods are seeing record flooding conditions as the storm continues to pack heavy rains, high winds and possible tornados.
    In one New Port Richey neighborhood residents have had to scramble to move their cars as the streets have flooded out in less than an hour. The residential streets have seen flood totals as high as two feet as nearby ponds have flooded causing major back ups in the local sewer drainage systems. All streets have been flooded trapping some residents who need to get out in an attempt to close their businesses as the rain continues to fall.
