A reliable source aware of Tarek Rabaa's case has confirmed that the ignorance of the intelligence's investigators and the general prosecutor Sakr Sakr as well as the investigating judge in addition to the policy of conspiracy were behind the political detention of the brilliant engineer Tarek Rabaa who is innocent of what they charged him.

The source has confirmed that Tarek had been unlawfully summoned to the ministry of defense, 2 weeks after arresting Charbel Kazzi, a technician at Alfa, in order to implement the so called Hizbullah's strategy aiming at discrediting the cellular dada records used as an evidence by the Special Tribunal for Lebanon which is dealing with Hariri's assassination case. The proof on that is in the first page of the preliminary investigation report which shows obviously that when the intelligence didn't find any suspected number to accuse Tarek, they selected a French number which belongs to a taxi company in France known by Welcome V&V and they used it to build the whole suspicion, then they fabricated a file and they ended by a falsified charge to collaborate with the Mossad in spite of no confession from Tarek but a proven torture for 108 days.

The source who preferred to remain anonymous has confirmed that some of Alfa's employees motivated by jealousy, fear and conspiracy had purposely collaborated with the flagrant intelligence scenario in order to distract any suspicion that might approach them. This is the explanation for the weird Alfa's silence on targeting one of its employees who has been accused to collaborate with the Mossad while he is innocent. By asking "why to select Tarek Rabaa and not others", the source confirmed that Tarek doesn't deal with politics and fabricating a spying charge will not trigger a political chaos, thus paving the way for the so called Hizbullah to execute his agenda and then to put a pressure on Tarik al Jadideh's district.

The source confirmed that because the telecom field is vast, some paid investigators in the military intelligence had convinced the patriotic ones to keep silent on what happened with Tarek in the custody for 108 days in order to carry out their plot under the pretext they are not experienced in the telecom sector. Then, they converted the explanations on Tarek's role at Alfa and his job description to foreign orders based on the French number of the taxi company which had called Tarek on his mobile one time for less than one minute. Afterwards, Tarek's work history has been switched to a police story diffused to the medias and promoted by Al-Akhbar newspapers and Al-Manar TV.

After ending the preliminary investigation, Tarek was transferred to the first investigator military judge Riad Abu Ghida for interrogation. In this phase, it has been revealed that the judge understands nothing in telecom and he is more ignorant than the intelligence. This judge had considered as data Tarek's answers on the engineering guidelines applied by Alfa, and he neglected that Tarek is an engineer and not a drug addict.

Therefore, Riad Abu Ghida had used his ignorance to persuade himself by the paid investigators pretext about the vast field of telecom and he issued an indictment and he transferred Tarek for trial in the military court to implicitly cover the fast release of the engineer Milad Eid who had communicated with the Mossad using his personal mobile number.
