    so yesterday was the last day of astroland! and boy did we go out with a bang!!! we were originally suppose to close at 9 but we ended up closing close to midnight!! we were packed! the customers had the time of their lives and well the employees were trying to come to terms with the fact that they would never be there again to operate their rides or their games.. Surrounded by media the park proved that business was great and coney island was not dying unlike Thor would like everyone to believe. The sad part is today approximately 275 people woke up this morning unemployed and have to start looking for work immediately because they can not afford not to work!
