Decent loving families are torn apart by the insensitivities of the immigration process, no consideration is given to the many American citizens who are married to foreign nationals who await the hope of a happy reunion here in the United States, to save these people from the abject poverty, political instability and social crises faced by spouses living abroad in dangerous and uncertain conditions. My husband's and my story is just one among many who seek to show there is another side to immigration-
