    Orange sun

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     dreinberger documented the sun appearing through a thick wall of smoke above his residence in Colorado Springs, Colorado. "We were eating dinner and we look out the window to see this bright orange sun appearing in the smoke. It was like out of a sci-fi movie." He captured this photo on June 26.

    Due to wind shift, northern Colorado Springs is covered with smoke from the Waldo canyon fire and the sun drapes the ground with a eire orange glow
