    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter Lanzer M. Robinson shot this video minutes after an explosion at the Joseph J. Cefalu Sr Municipal Steam Plant in Morgan City, Louisiana, Tuesday evening. The explosion knocked out power to most of the city. 'All residents are out of their homes in search for hotels,' Robinson said, adding that hotels in nearby Houma and Thibodaux are completely booked.
