    Fairfax - After the Storm

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     jcfpics was driving home from Arlington, Virginia to Fairfax, when the storm started. He says the winds started to pick up and later on came the rain. 'I could see the power going while driving,' he says. He says in his area of Fairfax, Virginia, they still have power. While passing through the town of Vienna, Virginia, he came upon a scene where a volunteer working with the Vienne Police Department was trying to help clean up debris from a fallen tree that had crushed a car underneath. 'I was thinking about the car owner and hoping he's insured,' he says.
