    Racism in Madison Mississippi

I was arrested in Madison Ms which Is a suburb of Jackson Ms. I was charged with annoying ph calls and given a $25,000 bond. Three months previously I'd gone to the Madison Police station to file a report about the guy who charged me w the guys, he'd been keying/scratching my car. I saw him do it one evening at wrk so the next day i went to file charges on him and the officer asked me was the guy black or white and i told him white, I showed him the damage to my car, we talked a little while longer and then he told me I wasn't sure what I saw bc it was all most dark "the parking lot has a lot of lighting" and he could do was take my written statement. The has been keying my car ever since so i got fed up and called him one night and told him I knew it was him and if he didn't stop i was gonna kick his ass. He called the cops i got arrested stayed in the Madison County Jail for three days before i could make bail. While i was in jail they arrested a few guys for tickets that the officer that pulled them over gave them like expired tag no insurance they even held a guy for two after the judge had released him bc the jailers accidentally let the wrong person go in his place. All these guys including myself are black. But there was a white guy in there and they took him to court on a Sunday and he was released within a couple hrs after this so called Sunday court appearance. I want to share this story and hopefully it will somehow make a difference
