Couch Surfing in Lithuania (My Travel in Lithuania)

This travel in Lithuania was also my first experience of using "Couch Surfing" and "Facebook-Hitch Hiking".

Me and my friend went to Vilnius, Klaipeda, Palanga, Nida, Kaunus, Utena and got accommodation through Couch Surfing in these cities.

Every hosts are really kind and peaceful, but some of apartment are really impressive for me. Because some are still Soviet-Style apartment.

These appearances are all formerly Soviet cities, make use of Communist-era architecture.
In each entrance, they has double doors. In apartment, there are usually one balcony, some rooms, modular bath and using central heating.

Also, on our way to next town, we used "Facebook Hitch Hiking". It's easy, we just post on the facebook group of the place where we are, then wait someone's reply. Then we went to meeting place(that was parking rot of supermarket) and the guy picked us up. But I saw some tipical hitch hiker on street as well.

While I'm in Lithuania, I could see not only beautiful townscape, great natures but also cities's appearance shows signs of Soviet-Socialism Era. Some town still retains something of the old days.

Lithuania is defenitely great place, rich in a history, beautiful views, feel comfortable, worth a visit.
