    Flash Flood 3 July 2012

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     tomchristner says the storm on July 3 in Sandy Springs, GA came out of nowhere and that anxiety ran high from the flash flooding. Adding that many of his neighbors had significant flooding in their yards. "Our house had been flooded in the past, so we were hoping and praying that the efforts that my landscaper and I did were enough," he says. "Fortunately, they were. We were kept up all night."

    This was in a creek that flows through a residential area of Sandy Springs, GA.
