    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     surfbeletic of Panama City, Florida, says, 'I have never seen a tornado/waterspout that last more than a few seconds. This one was massive and lasted about 15 minutes.' If you're experiencing severe weather near you, share your images and video here.

    These photos were taken off my deck this morning, July 4th. We had a water spout that lasted 15 minutes on the coast just off of Tyndall AFB, FL next to Panama City.
