    First 4th in DC

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     rpsanchez of Farmington, New Mexico, says he felt a sense of pride as he and his family listened to crowds singing the National Anthem at a 4th of July fireworks show in the nation's capital. "People of all kinds of backgrounds and races were enjoying a time of peace to celebrate our country's birthday." His photo was selected as CNN's Travel Photo of the Day for November 6, 2012.
