THIS CLOCK USED TO WORK WELL. This was shipped the first week of May. I had over 6 pounds of stiffeners, removed to get photos, in this and could step on it without damage. I weigh about 190. This is what it looked like when UPS delivered it. I filed a claim, UPS came and picked it up, and the next day returned it and said it was improperly packed. LOOK AT THE STEEL LEGS THAT HAVE BEEN CRUSHED HARD ENOUGH TO BREAK THEM ON BOTH SIDES AND ENDS. I figure that at least 1000 pounds would have to be place on this at an angle to do this much damage. The box shows a great deal of damage as well. I tried to go to the next level and was denied. I have shipped thousands of packages and never had a breakage. I AM DONE WITH UPS. I WOULD SUGGEST THE SAME TO ALL SHIPPERS AS ALL THEY TOLD ME THE INSURANCE WAS FOR WAS FOR LOSS! THIS WAS INSURED FOR $300. I have been shipping packages for over 14 years without any issues. I have always taken extra steps to provide my customers with the best packaging possible. You can not protect against this type of damage. Let's get this around and get this seen. If this is the way they treat customers, it may be time for a change.
