    Furry Fire Evacuee

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     KDS45 says for days wild animals have been trickling into her backyard because of the recent fires in the Colorado Springs area. 'We've seen so many animals, deer, lynx, bobcats, snakes. We still have food and green things to eat,' she says. She says when she sees these animals in her backyard she gets mixed feelings. 'It's actually an encouraging sign of life, but it makes me sad because their homes were destroyed,' she says.

    This Bobcat and her kittens found a new home in our neighborhood. Humans are not the only ones who have lost their homes or been displaced.
