A few pix from various shoots involving the heavens taken over the Spring and Summer of 2012.
The pix in order:
#1: Full moon with Jupiter in lower left as a commercial plane came into the shot. A happy accident, as it turned out.
#2: Daylight moon, Tulsa, OK
#3: Sunrise, Riga, Latvia
#4: Sunset, Riga, Latvia
#5: Another happy accident while experimenting with my camera's shutter speed. The weird-looking "L" is the Moon when I accidentally jiggled the camera during the shot. Any resemblance to the British Pound symbol is purely coincidental.
#6: Aerial night shot of the moon over Brooklyn (foreground) and Manhattan (middle to background) just after take-off from JFK.
