    Water spout on Mobile Bay

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Never having seen a waterspout in person, let alone so close, unclaimed says he was in amazement. "I saw the waterspout form to the west and slowly start to move south. Before it was out of view I stepped outside and walked down the street about half a block to get a better view and snapped the picture," he says. "There was no noise where I was and absolutely no wind. It was surreal."
