    What are you watching?

    A Jersey Shore Campaign

At my current High school I had a 2012 Voting Election of my own. We had to run a campaign in order to promote ourselves and stimulate those votes. There were many candidates and on only a few spots for student council! The stakes were high and any type of promotion was highly vital to achieve success in obtaning that spot. From posters, videos, word of mouth, you name it. It was all neccesary.

Runing for President of my class immediately require you to create a video. This was probably a factor that encouraged me the most for the following reasons. I have always enjoyed public speaking, acting and anything else that puts me in front of a camera or in front of a massive crowd! Lastly, I hope to major in broadcast journalism at the University of Georgia after graduation. So in fewer words: Broadcast Journalism is really my Dream, I love the camera, and as Carl Azuz says to the camera " You need me"!

So when the Dalton High School elections started I decided to make a Jersey Shore parody to separate away from the other candidates and attract more attention.

I ran for next year's "Junior class President", and this video played a huge role in helping me win, and now officially be the "Junior class President"!
