    Miners march into Madrid

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     jolielaide says she witnessed and captured the photos of the march from the balcony of her apartment. "The Spanish coal miners marched to protest cuts to the mining industry. For some of them, this is all they know and they will be out of jobs," she says. "Some cities that are highly dependent on mining will suffer immensely. People are angry."

    Miners march into Madrid against cuts to the mining industry, and were greeted by further austerity measures from the Rajoy administration.
