    The Taste of Chicago features Chef du Jour at the Dominick's Cooking Corner by the historic Buckingham Fountain Plaza offering gourmet menu items and a 3-course sit-down ticketed meal prepared by Washburne Culinary Institute students from 5 of Chicago's most amazing chefs:  Chef Carlos Gaytan of Mexique, Chef Tony Mantuano of Spiaggia, Chef Graham Elliptical, Chef Stephanie Wizard of Girl and the Goat, Chef Jimmy Banos of Heaven on Seven.
