    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     In favor of a tax increase on the wealthy, IDUqdah says it is a fundamental way to expand the economy. " I am very interested in the topic," he says. "With the poor economy more people want to keep their money because they need it, but there is the national debt situation that must be handled as well."
