Thanks a lot that you have tried for me and my situation. As an American citizen you are the only hope I have, because the whole system ignored me.
1- Orange County zoning department gave me an occupational license for a boarding School and after three years operation they told me they did a mistake and they had to cancel the occupational license. I had a boarding school in which the students could learn, live and work in its farm. I save a lot of boys and girls who needed work and a place to live. I put all my money energy and time in this boarding school, but that was my reward, the County destroyed my capital and my life. They did a mistake and I should be punished and I lost over 800,000 dollars for their mistake, how can I pay this money to the bank and all my saving and work is destroyed also. I planted myself over 1000 citrus trees and I did a lot of improvement and changed it to a boarding school. The County told me I can sue them, but the attorneys want a lot of money in advance to sue them?
2- I had no other choice that I rent the boarding to regular people and these ones took the materials did not pay the rent and as I went to the court to evict them, they got more angry and they damaged the house, in the time that sheriff came to send them out, they were already out and let a damaged house back for me. They took also all what they needed and could and the police cannot do anything seriously about the missing materials from my house.
3- The insurance companies gathered years money, but in the time that water damaged my house, they only paid 700 dollars to a company to dry my carpets for one week and after that they refused to pay the damages. They said that was a leak only?
4- The tenant gave me checks over 40,000 dollars checks I have from them, but the checks cannot be cashed and the bank is not willing to give their address or telephone numbers, because they should not be disturbed.
5- I paid the mortgage for the small house I had, but the bank by mistake put the money in the Baoding School account. I told them it is OK, I can pay again, but they want a lot of fine also. The Bank of America is not willing to cooperate with me. They do not care that I am robbed and cannot pay the same money as before. The rate is lower and they are not willing to modify the house to the current rate and price.
6- Mr. President Obama said that there is a budget to help the small business, and I can create work for 40 people. The price of the real estate’s came down, so all my equity line of credit is frozen; even I have paid for them. So I have no money to operate the farm and school and in this condition as the business is upside down, nobody is willing to put capital in the business.
7- I know 8 languages and I can teach them. I worked 40 years as a college teacher in different country including USA. They do not let me work and they do not clear me. I found a full time job as a Pashto and Persian teacher in Atlanta, but they did not clear me as I have over 1000,000 dollars loan.
8- As you see the County made a mistake, I have to pay for their mistake. People robbed and destroyed my houses again I am responsible to pay, the insurance companies did not pay, again I have to pay the damages. People gave me bad checks and it is OK and I have to pay. Was it my mistake that I wanted to be creative and help the people and the students and produce organic food? How can I pay for all these in the time that they do not let me even to work?
