    The Rich Should Pay Up

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     liereport is concerned about the state of America's economy because he believes it is harder for the middle class to make ends meet. 'We have this culture that idolizes wealth a bit too much. We should encourage entrepreneurs and innovation, but we should also respect the dignity of the working class,' he says. He supports tax cuts for the middle class, and believes the rich should pay their fair share in taxes, but also supports the notion of industries getting tax cuts if they benefit society. 'We should encourage innovation, cleaner energy, more technology, and solutions to the problems we face on this planet. I don't believe we should be rewarding anyone for sending jobs overseas, or for outdated industries that only limit people from prospering,' he says. 'I think there is a way to find a healthy balance where we can pay off our debts, and provide dignity and great working conditions to all Americans.'

    Giving tax breaks to working class Americans means you're putting money in the pockets of people who will spend that money, unlike the rich who don't really need it. The rich in this country can afford to pay a little more. When you do well at a poker game, it's customary to tip the dealer a little.
