    Chase Bank Denies Access to All Accountss

    Chase Bank has temporarily shut off access to all accounts after experiencing technical difficulties. This is not a good time to have an emergency requiring your money in any Chase account. This brings into question just how safe money is in a bank during some economic hard times.
