    Immense Rainbow over Edinburgh

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     otot is visiting Edinburgh, Scotland, and he was interested in capturing images of the Aurora Borealis, so he was checking out the sky and decided to capture an image of a rainbow hanging overhead. He used HDR, a technique that takes three separate photos of the same image at different exposures settings, to capture this photo. He says a highlight of his visit is learning about how Scotland is currently starting the process for independence from the United Kingdom, and he enjoys the art in Edinburgh, which he says is famed for its summer art festivals.
